Returns & Refunds
We really hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not, you have 28 days to return it. All we ask is that you package it in exactly the same way as it was when it arrived with you, to ensure no damage is caused in shipping. We advise that you use a trackable service. Please contact us to inform us of the return within 14 days and we will email you the address to send the item to. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Once we have the item back in perfect condition, we can proceed with a refund of your original purchase price or help you with choosing a new replacement piece
If your piece was a custom commission, there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales of commissions are final.
